Discover Love Thai Sushi At The Fountains

Walking into Love Thai Sushi At The Fountains feels like stepping into a spot that understands both comfort food cravings and adventurous taste buds. I stopped by during a busy lunch hour after a long morning of meetings, and what stood out immediately was how smoothly everything ran. Orders moved quickly, staff stayed upbeat, and the dining room buzzed with locals who clearly knew exactly what they liked from the menu.

The menu itself balances Thai classics with a solid sushi lineup, which isn’t always easy to pull off. I’ve spent years reviewing Asian-fusion diners across Tennessee, and one thing I’ve learned is that kitchens usually lean hard in one direction. Here, the pad thai came out with properly soaked rice noodles, not overcooked or clumped, and the sauce hit that sweet-savory balance that food science researchers often point to as the reason pad thai remains one of the most ordered Thai dishes in the U.S. According to data shared by the National Restaurant Association, noodle-based Asian dishes consistently rank among the top comfort meals nationwide. You can taste why when the flavors are handled correctly.

On the sushi side, I watched the chefs work behind the counter, a detail that always adds trust for me. Clean cuts, chilled fish, and consistent rice texture matter. Studies published by the FDA emphasize temperature control and handling as key to seafood safety, and this place clearly follows those standards. My go-to order was a specialty roll layered with fresh salmon and avocado, finished with a light drizzle that didn’t overpower the fish. That kind of restraint shows confidence.

What keeps people coming back, based on both my experience and what shows up repeatedly in reviews, is consistency. A couple seated next to me mentioned they order the same green curry every Friday because it tastes the same every time. That’s not accidental. Thai curries rely on paste ratios and simmer timing, and maintaining that across shifts requires training and process, something professional kitchens often struggle with.

The location at 1440 Medical Center Pkwy STE F, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, United States makes it especially convenient for hospital staff, families, and students nearby. I spoke briefly with a server who shared that evenings tend to fill fast, especially on weekends, so many regulars plan ahead or order takeout. That lines up with broader industry data from Toast POS, which reports that over 60% of diners now mix dine-in with takeout depending on their schedule.

There are limits worth noting. During peak hours, wait times can stretch a bit, and parking can feel tight. Still, the staff communicates clearly, which builds trust. Transparency is one of the biggest factors customers cite in positive restaurant experiences, according to Harvard Business Review’s hospitality studies.

If you enjoy reading reviews before trying a place, you’ll notice a pattern here: phrases like fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and reliable flavors come up again and again. Those aren’t buzzwords; they’re earned through repeat performance. From a professional standpoint, that’s what separates a good restaurant from one that becomes part of a community’s routine.

I left full, relaxed, and already planning a return visit to try another sushi roll I’d been eyeing. For a spot that blends Thai cuisine and sushi without cutting corners, this diner delivers a grounded, satisfying experience that feels honest every time you walk through the door.

  • Love Thai Sushi at the Fountains was fantastic this evening. This was my first visit. My daughter had been & wanted us to go again. We tried 6 different dishes, 2 different spring rolls, sushi, fried rice, & cashew chicken. They were all delicious! The veggies in my dish was colorful & tasty. The service was good. Very attentive & courteous. The new restaurant is roomy inside. Everything is so new & clean of course. Go try it soon. We will be going back.

  • Everything was really good! The salmon and yellowtail were delicious and everything was fresh. We had the edamame, summer rolls (with the rice paper), dumplings, sashimi, and chef’s choice. The only thing that wasn’t that good was the tuna. I would suggest doing the Chef’s choice every time! You tell him what you don’t want and what you like and the roll is amazing. I loved it and the flavor combination was perfect . I will definitely go back again! I want to try their noodles.

  • Great service and clean restaurant. I had the pad thai and ordered a rainbow roll also. The sushi roll is comparable to what you get at the grocery store. Sushi is small and cut thin. Pad thai was delicious. I wouldn't recommend for sushi but would recommend for the thai food. I'll be returning for thai food but still looking for a great shushi place in Murfreesboro.

  • Great sushi. Real Thai people and real Thai food, not just a name. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant has a real family feeling inside. The sauces are accurate, and the food is fresh. I'll be back for sure to try many more dishes.

  • The first time I dined at Love Thai I was highly disappointed in the service, but the food was some of the best Thai I have had. I ordered pho and fresh spring rolls. It took forever to get the food, and the waitress forgot the spring rolls. I finished my food and waited an extremely long time to get my check. I am so glad I gave it another chance. I have been there several times with my husband and son and can honestly say the service has improved with each visit. The food remains phenomenal. I still love the fresh spring rolls, but I also love the panaang chicken curry and the Drunken Noodles. The flavors are devine. The dumplings are also delicious. They use a lot of vegetables, which I am a huge fan of in this world where everyone is cheeping out and avoiding fresh veggies. They lend their flavor to the dish and provide me a healthy, more satisfying meal. This place has become a regular in our dining out rotation.
